Dose (mg vs. mcg)

This is the actual weight of the solid powder inside your vial. Think of it like this:

• 1 mg = 1,000 mcg
• For example: If you have a vial of 10 mg Retatrutide, that means you have 10,000 mcg of powder inside.

Volume (mL)

This is the amount of liquid (Bacteriostatic Water) you inject into the vial to mix the powder.

• For example: Adding 2 mL of Bac Water to your vial turns the dry powder into a liquid solution.

Syringe Units (U-100)

Syringes don't measure in milligrams—they measure in Units on the side of the barrel.

• 1 mL of liquid = 100 Units on a standard U-100 syringe.
• A 0.5 mL syringe holds up to 50 Units.

Concentration

How strong the liquid is after mixing. The more Bac Water you add, the lower the concentration (meaning you have to draw more units into your syringe to get your desired dose).
