We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind, research protocol modifications, or ordering errors.

2. Why We Maintain a Strict No-Return Policy

To guarantee the absolute purity, stability, and integrity of every batch we distribute to the research community, materials that have left our secure climate-controlled facility cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every researcher receives uncompromised, pristine compounds directly from our chain of custody.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take immense pride in our quality control and packaging. However, if your shipment arrives physically damaged during transit or contains an incorrect item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• How to report: Email our support team with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged vials/packaging.

• Resolution: If a clear packing or physical transit error is verified by our team, we will promptly dispatch a replacement shipment to your laboratory at no additional cost. Do not mail any materials back to our facility without prior written authorization.

4. Order Cancellations

Because our fulfillment system is optimized for fast dispatch, orders enter processing immediately after checkout. Once an order has been submitted and paid for, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded. Please review your cart carefully before completing your transaction.
