1. Processing and Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • A secondary notification email containing tracking information will be issued automatically once your research order has been dispatched to our courier.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship exclusively within Canada via trusted domestic couriers (including Canada Post and expedited ground networks) to ensure climate security and tracking accuracy.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 business days — $20.00 CAD

  • Free Shipping: Standard Tracked Shipping is complimentary for all orders totaling $189.00 CAD or more.

3. Secure Laboratory Packaging

Given the sensitive chemical nature of synthesized amino acid derivatives and peptides, all products are packed securely in insulated, puncture-proof, and temperature-stable packaging. Outer boxes are entirely discreet to maintain ambient temperature protection during transit.

4. Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Order Tracking: Every shipment includes full step-by-step tracking. You can monitor your package using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your research materials do not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team immediately. While we are not liable for transit delays caused directly by the carrier, we will actively open an investigation on your behalf to locate the parcel.

  • Incorrect Address Entry: Please ensure your shipping address is input correctly at checkout. We cannot modify or reroute packages once they have been dispatched to the carrier. YEG Peptides is not responsible for lost shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the client.
